Element Materials Technology is currently looking for an HR Business Partner to be based in the North West. Our new HR Business Partner will be supporting our Energy & Environmental business unit across the UK.
Our new HR Business Partner will provide full employee-life cycle HR support for several laboratories in the execution of high quality, consistent HR processes such as Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, Objective Setting & Performance Management, Learning & Talent Development, Total Rewards, and cost-effective workforce planning.
As a member of the regionalised HR Team, the HRBP will participate and collaborate on strategic and tactical HR projects that will help support the laboratories in executing their top business priorities.
