As a result, we have created a new team called HR Solutions.
Working in collaboration with the wider HR community at ScottishPower (and our parent company, Iberdrola), the HR Solutions team is set to become an agile internal consultancy service, with a fluid and flexible approach to managing people related projects across the business. The goal is to create a hub of subject matter experts and generalist consultants who work together to solve business issues and help move us towards our longer-term people vision.
This particular role is for a HR Consultant with a background in Organisational Capability. This will be a 12 month secondment or Fixed Term role.
You’ll be focused on developing solutions and services that help to develop and build engagement, performance and capability. Specific activities will vary depending on the business needs, but we expect the person in this role to focus on projects like:
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract offering a salary from £43,520 per annum a performance related bonus up to 10% and Individual private healthcare coverage.
