Each year Love Your Employees conducts extensive research with around 3000 UK firms, in a wide range of industries and they have in-depth conversations with a minimum of 300 senior decision-makers, to understand what the current trends and opinions are on employee benefits and employee health and wellbeing.
There are lots of media headlines at the moment, lots of speculation and polarised views on the current situation for our economy, businesses and individuals. Our research is independent, in-depth, current and reaches a broad statistical sample.
This year, more than ever, we need to research how employers are coping with the barrage of challenges thrown at them and we want to highlight the main impacts and share that insight.
We know from the research we have conducted over the last 6 years, what employers had planned to do and what their priorities were for the last 12 months.
One year on from the start of a global pandemic, we can start to measure and benchmark where the biggest impact has been and how employers have started to respond.
